Amend My Order

You can make changes to your order within 1 business day of placing it. This includes adjusting the size, colour, quantity, or even changing the delivery address. Just keep in mind, that if your order is already in production, there will be a 30% restocking fee for any affected items.

Cancel My Order

• Non-Express Orders: We can start production on the same day you place your order. Cancelling will incur a 5% cancellation fee. If production has started, there's an additional 30% restocking fee.

• Express Orders: Production kicks off within the same day after confirmation. Cancelling will also involve a 5% cancellation fee and a 30% restocking fee if production has started. We strongly suggest double-checking all details before finalising an Express order.
  
  

How to Cancel or Amend

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we're able to intercept the order before it goes into production. 

If you need to make changes after your order has shipped (which we try to avoid), please refer to our incorrect order policy for the next steps.

Note: Fabric samples cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped. If you need new samples, you'll need to place a new order.
