What is the Comfort Works 60-Day ‘In Love Again’ Guarantee?Updated 3 months ago

We want you to love your sofa. That’s why we offer an industry-leading 60-day satisfaction policy. No returns required.

Put your slipcovers on and live with your transformed sofa for 60 days. Live with them, wash them, subject them to life on your terms. And if they don’t fit or perform as they should, we’ll make it right. Tell us the problem and we’ll go back to the cutting table to make a brand-new replacement for you, free of charge*. Still not happy after getting replacements? We’ll try again – or issue you a full refund.

What does that mean exactly? From the date you receive your slipcovers, you have 60 days to make sure they’re right for you and your home.

Fit issues 

If you find that your Comfort Works slipcover is slightly larger than your furniture:

STEP 1: Try washing your slipcovers according to the recommended care guide, and adjusting the cover on your furniture. 

STEP 2: If washing your covers did not help, or other significant fit issues persist, send us an email with photos of your sofa with the Comfort Works covers installed, taken from:

  • the front (without the cushions), 
  • the side, 
  • the back, 
  • and just the cushions, for us to easily compare sizing differences, and
  • A photo or receipt showing the sofa’s brand or model

STEP 3: We will follow up with you to obtain detailed measurements of your sofa to proceed with creating your free replacement. This replacement does not apply to Honest mistakes or Change of mind (see below).


Fabric performance issues 

If your slipcovers display significant fabric performance issues, such as: 

  • Tearing, breaking, abrasion or colour fading that arises from normal wear-and-tear

Please send us an email with photos of the affected areas.

We will follow up with you to proceed with producing your free replacement in a fabric of equal or less value. Should you choose to change your slipcover to a fabric of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Construction issues 

If your slipcovers display construction issues, such as: 

  • Broken seams 
  • Broken or derailed zippers 
  • Velcro functionality issues

Please send us an email with photos of the affected areas. We will follow up with you to proceed with sending you a replacement part or offer a Repair credit.



Getting your covers fixed locally (Repair credit)

Don’t want a replacement but know someone who can help fix or alter the covers for you? We can help by offering a Repair credit of up to USD 75 per product or 50% of the alteration costs, whichever is greater. To claim this reimbursement, all we need are: - Receipt of the alteration cost, and - Photo(s) of the results We’ll refund the amount back to you within 5 to 7 business days. This option is usually quicker for fixing minor fit or construction issues if you know a tailor or a local sewing business that can help. But remember: you need to send us an email about the issue you encountered first before being able to claim this reimbursement. 



Honest mistakes 

If you mistakenly ordered the incorrect slipcover for your sofa model, please send us an email with the details and we’ll be happy to offer you store credit (the value of 50% of your original slipcover value only, shipping fees excluded) towards your replacement. Your store credit will be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of confirmation by your customer service representative. This policy can only be exercised once per original order. If your sofa model is not slipcoverable or you choose not to use your store credit, it can be used by friends/family on a different order. You can keep or sell the incorrectly ordered slipcovers online to recoup their cost. No return is necessary.



Change of mind 

If you change your mind about the fabric you ordered, please send us an email and we’ll be happy to offer you store credit (the value of 50% of your original slipcover value only, shipping fees excluded) towards your replacement in a different fabric. Your store credit will be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of confirmation by your customer service representative. This policy can only be exercised once per original order. Regarding the current set of covers, you can either keep them or sell them to recoup the cost. No need to return them to us.
