At Comfort Works, we promise to make things right if your order isn’t as expected. Here’s what to do if you received:
- Incorrect quantities
- Covers for a different sofa model
- Mismatched fabrics or colours
Here's How to Get It Sorted:
- Contact us: Reach out to our team by sending us an email.
- Send Us Photos: We'll need a few photos to understand the issue better. Ideally, the photos should include the affected or missing pieces, shipping documents, invoices, the outer packaging (in case of evidence of external tampering), and/or any other close-ups that can show the problem in detail.
Once we've reviewed and confirmed the mistake, we'll usually send you a replacement order right away.

Colour Mismatch?
If your slipcovers are correct but the colour doesn't match your fabric sample, snap a photo of the sample against the slipcovers and email it to us.
If you ordered your covers more than 30 days after receiving your fabric samples, your covers may have been made from a different fabric batch that has slight dye lot variations.
If you didn’t order any fabric samples beforehand, the mismatch might be due to the actual fabric colour differing from what you saw on your screen when placing the order. Visit this page for more details on the importance of getting fabric samples in this situation.
