What if the items received, weren't what I'd ordered?Updated 3 months ago

Comfort Works takes full responsibility if this happens to you.

You may submit a ticket to us to alert the team. We'll simply require a few photographs of the wrong items received for review: - front photo of your sofa (no slipcovers) - photo of the Comfort Works slipcovers laid on a flat surface so we have a clear view of the shape/design/number of pieces you received - this is also helpful if you've received the slipcovers in the wrong fabric/color* - furniture tag (if applicable)

Once we confirm there was indeed a mistake on our part, we'll issue you a new replacement order.

*If your slipcovers are correct but the colour does not match your fabric sample, send us a photo of the sample against the slipcovers as well.
