What if the cover doesn’t fit well?Updated 9 months ago

We know a perfectly fitting cover is essential, and it's rare for a cover not to fit well. However, if you do encounter this issue, it could be due to a few reasons like sizing discrepancies between production batches, model variations, template issues, or measurement errors for made-to-measure slipcovers.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Reach Out: Contact us within 60 days of receiving your order, detailing the fit issues. We're here to help and will explore the possibility of a repair or replacement as per Comfort Works' Replacement Policy.

  2. Troubleshoot Together: We'll need some basic troubleshooting steps and a few photos. Don’t worry; we’ll guide you through every step of the process.

If the entire set of covers (frame and cushion) doesn't fit:

  1. Double-Check Your Order: Ensure that the covers you received match your sofa model and size. Sometimes, mix-ups happen, like ordering 2-seater covers for a 3-seater sofa.

  2. Honest Mistake? No Problem!: If you accidentally ordered the wrong model, stay calm. We understand, and our Replacement Policy has you covered.

A Quick Note on Fit:

It's normal for natural fabrics to have a slight looseness (less than 2.5cm or 1 inch). Even though our fabrics are pre-shrunk, they might shrink a bit more over time with washing.
