Rerouting Before Your Order Ships
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, just let us know as soon as possible, ideally within a day of placing your order. The quicker we know, the easier it is to update your address. Be sure to include your Order ID (it looks like CW-XXXXXX) in your email so we can find your order quickly.
Rerouting After Your Order Ships
If your cover is already on its way, rerouting it might no longer be possible, but we recommend reaching out to us anyway to see if our delivery partners can catch it before it goes out for delivery. Just keep in mind that a successful parcel rerouting will come with an extra fee.
For slipcovers, it would normally be between $30 and $50, and for samples sent with Express Shipping, there's a flat fee of $15.
We'll let you know about the cost before anything changes.
Important note about rerouting after the parcel is shipped: If we're unable to reroute the package, it might be returned to us. In that case, we'll do our best to notify you, but you may need to place a new order for your sofa covers or samples.
If rerouting isn't your preferred option, consider these alternatives:
- Contact the courier and request to have the package sent to a depot for self-pickup. This is free and can be arranged by the recipient.
- Ask a neighbour to sign and receive the package on your behalf.
- Approve the courier to leave the package at your door and have a friend or family member pick it up if it's safe to do so.
Double Check Your Address!
Remember to take a quick moment to make sure your delivery address is 100% accurate. This will help avoid the need for rerouting and any potential delays.
