Congratulations on placing your order with Comfort Works! We're thrilled to start creating your custom sofa covers. Here’s what you can expect next:

For Standard Orders (No Additional Measurements Required)

  1. Order Confirmation: Within 24 business hours, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Didn’t get the email? Be sure to check your spam folder.
  2. Production Begins: Your covers will enter production, typically taking up to 2 weeks to complete and inspect before they’re ready for packing and shipping.
  3. Express Orders: If you opted for express service, we’ll fast-track your order, reducing production time to within 1 week.
  4. Shipping: Once ready, our courier agents will collect your covers. Shipping usually takes 1 week to reach your doorstep, barring any customs delays or adverse weather.
  5. Tracking Your Order: Once the shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.


For Made-to-Measure Orders

  • Upload Your Photos: After ordering, you’ll get an email with instructions to upload photos of your sofa to your account page.
  • Measurement Form: Once your photos are uploaded, you’ll have access to an online measurement form. Measure your sofa and fill in the form accurately.
  • Review and Production: After submitting your measurements, we’ll start production. This process usually takes 3-4 weeks. If we spot any discrepancies, our customer support team will reach out to you for re-measurement. Please ensure your email is correct when placing the order.
  • Shipping: Once production is completed, our courier agents will collect your covers. Shipping typically takes 1 week to reach you, pending any customs or weather delays.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once the shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
