<b>Delivery Time For Non-Made-To-Measure Items</b>
For non-made-to-measure items, the production process takes about 1-2 weeks. Shipping to your doorstep takes about a week, and delays may occur. 
<br/>
Express Shipment is available for an additional charge: US$60 for Slipcover orders, and US$15 for Fabric Samples. It takes about 7 working days. Express Shipping is not available for out-of-stock items, made-to-measure orders, and during peak periods.

<b>Delivery Time For Custom Or Made-To-Measure Covers</b>
Typically, it takes around 4 to 8 weeks to produce custom sofa covers once we receive the measurements of the sofa. However, based on our experience, the most time-consuming part of the process is sofa measuring since it often requires several check-ins with our customer support team to ensure accuracy. Please note that express shipment is not available for made-to-measure items.

<b>SHIPPING FEE / DELIVERY FEE</b>
1. Shipping Fees for Sofa Covers and/or Sofa Accessories
If your total order value is above USD 150 (or equivalent in other currencies), shipping is free for most countries. 
<br/>
However, if you're located in any of the following countries - Argentina, Barbados, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Greece, Haiti, Honduras, Iceland, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, or Türkiye (Turkey) - you won't be eligible for free shipping. Instead, you'll be charged a shipping fee between USD 12 to USD 35 (or higher) because DHL/FedEx charge a higher shipping cost to your country.

2. Shipping Fees for Fabric Samples
Our fabric samples are available to you free of charge. However, there is a shipping fee of USD 5 (or equivalent in your local currency) to deliver the fabric samples to your doorstep.

The express shipping options for samples vary depending on the country you are shipping to:

Express shipping for fabric samples is about AUD 13 for Australia
Express shipping for fabric samples is EUR 9 for Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and the UK
Express shipping for fabric samples is USD 15 for the USA, Canada, and the rest of the world.
