For EU and UK Orders

All import taxes are included in your payment and there would be no further charges on receiving the order in the EU and the UK. If you receive a notice from the courier asking for an import fee, please contact us with a photo or scanned copy of the invoice/notice. We'll check with our logistics team and arrange reimbursement if necessary.

For Australian Orders

If you’re ordering from Australia, the price shown during checkout is already inclusive of the 10% goods and services tax.

For Orders From All Other Countries

For all other countries outside the EU and UK, we can't guarantee the amount of import taxes and duties you'll need to pay. Import taxes may apply, and you are responsible for these fees to receive your sofa covers. While we can't predict the exact costs, this is just a heads-up so you can be prepared for any additional charges. 

To find out if your order will incur import duties and the amount, it's best to contact your country’s customs office.

The exact shipping fees, including for samples and sofa covers, will be displayed on the checkout page before you make payment.
