Am I able to cancel or amend my order after payment?Updated 3 months ago

AMEND MY ORDER You can amend your order within 1 business day of its being submitted but this only includes changing the size/colour/quantity of an item and changing the delivery address. If your order is already in production when the amendment was requested, it will incur a 30% restocking fee for the affected items.
CANCEL MY ORDER For Non-Express orders, please note that production of your covers can commence as early as the same day after placing your order. Any cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee, and an additional 30% restocking fee if the covers have started production.
Production for Express Orders will commence within the same day after the order has been confirmed. Any cancellations for Express Orders will incur a 5% cancellation fee, and an additional 30% restocking fee if the covers have started production. We highly recommend ensuring your Express order details are final prior to payment.
To cancel or amend your order, please notify us as soon as you can via e-mail. Most of the time it'll be a quick and easy process as long as you get to us the moment you realized you want to cancel or change your order.
If you are looking to cancel/amend the order after it's shipped (which we should avoid), please refer to our incorrect order policy to learn more about the process.
*Kindly note that fabric samples cannot be changed or cancelled once they've been shipped. If a change is needed, you'll need to reorder new samples.
